As NextGen’s Director of Capture and Proposal Management, Pat Sego leads growth opportunities, the proposal and business development process, and tools optimization. She has more than twenty-five years of experience in capture, sales, proposals, and contracts for federal government information technology solutions and services. Prior to NextGen, she supported the strategic growth goals of small and large businesses, focused on HHS, Commerce, DHS, Department of Justice, DISA, and NASA, supporting performance-based contracting and capture best practices. Pat is a graduate of Western Kentucky University.
